Policies and Precedures

Refunds and Exchanges 

The RMILLS Brand prides itself in offering the highest quality merchandise to meet the needs of our clients. We thoroughly inspect ALL items before shipping. ALL sales are final; ALL items are made to order so we DO NOT issue refunds on any items.

We do NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size. If you need help with choosing your correct size, please contact us. When ordering, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected, since we are not present to get your exact measurements, in which case this has to be done locally and at your expense. If you need any assistance on how and where to alter your item for the fit you prefer, Contact us.

In the rare event, you choose an incorrect size and we choose to accept the return, you will only be refunded the cost of the item, not the shipping or in some cases a restocking fee will apply.

If you have a problem with an item due to an error on our part, (ex. wrong color/design etc) please contact us and we will assist you.

Deposits

Your deposit is a portion of your balance, once your deposit is placed, your deadline is secure and your materials are ordered soon after, so deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your order after production is started, you lose your deposit along with any payments made. 

Color Swatch/Design

The color of an item in a picture may not accurately depic the actual color, however you can request a sample. If we have it in stock we will ship the next day, if we are ordering the fabric we will ship once the fabric arrives. Since there are different Shades of some colors, if you need a dark or lite version you can send us a screenshot of a googled image that best depicts the color and we’ll will try to match it close as possible. 

Accent Lace/Appliqués: (These are design details used in addition to the main design, used on sleeves, randomly throughout design or as a main attraction piece). Vendors may not have the exact appliqués in one season that they had in a previous season, used to create the look you see. In this case we will use our knowledge to choose the next best similar option to achieve the look.You can reference the difference in the accent lace of “Red & Yellow Tracy” & “Tracy” Design or the “Jai” & “Jai w/ split” design. The design of the dress, material and placement is the same, however the pattern/shape of the accent lace may differ in size/shape based on what is in stock at the time of purchase. This also applies to Crystal Appliqués used (ex. “Amiyah” & “Queen” Design). Any question? Include in your inquiry!

Shipping

All items are made to order (unless otherwise noted). Please note that during peak season turnaround time is 3-4months from the date of purchase for your item to be made and prepared for shipping. If you need an item sooner, please email us at info@rachaelmills.com to see if this is possible BEFORE placing your order, as you cannot cancel an order once we have begun the process. If you cancel anytime during the process, you lose your deposit/payments.

After Processing time, Standard shipping is 4-7 business days or an Overnight option is also available upon request. Once the item ships, you will receive a tracking number to track your item. In the rare event that the item is lost or stolen in the shipping process, Rmills is not held responsible. However All Shipping rates will include full insurance on your package, so it can be used to be refunded your total amount.

Account must be satisfied prior to shipping or this will delay the Shipping process.

WEDDING DRESSES/GOWNS: The processing time for gowns may take anywhere from 3-6 months, the exact details can be discussed prior to ordering. email info@rachaelmills.com with concerns. 

Cancelled Event: In the unfortunate event that your event is canceled, you are still responsible for the full total of the dress which should be paid no later then the Date of the event as recorded in our records. If the date is postponed, The balance will still be due by the original date provided. If the account isn't satisfied by then, the dress becomes property of RMills and can be immediately sold for profit. (If a payment arrangement is needed please keep in contact with us)

WE WILL STORE DRESSES NO LONGER THEN 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF COMPLETION. AFTER THE 2 WEEKS A FEE OF $5 PER DAY WILL BE ADDED. AS WE CANNOT STORE DRESSES FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. IF LONGER THEN 4 WEEKS, ITEM BECOMES PROPERTY OF RMILLS AND CAN BE IMMEDIATELY SOLD FOR PROFIT TO FULFILL YOUR ACCOUNT.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
